Today the podcast is with my spiritual healer Adele Stratton, founder and owner of Phoenix Rising Healing Centre here in Ottawa, Ontario Canada. This is a continuation of our relationships 101 podcast (which aired several months ago), and we further explore how our belief systems are created by our parents (and/or guardians).

In this episode I share my vulnerability regarding my relationship with my father—in other words my daddy issues, and how what I have learned growing up has shaped the foundations of all my relationships with peers, friends, and romantic interests. We break down why my beliefs have developed and how to break the pattern in order to enhance the most important relationship of all—the one with myself.
