In Yoga, satya is one of the five yamas, a pillar of wisdom that provides a foundation for vitality and well-being.  In this episode, Myra discusses how the practice of satya -  or self-honesty - sheds light on the underlying motives for our actions. Often we make choices in order to please other people, which leads to unhealthy relationships and poor outcomes. With an understanding of why we act, we can begin to develop a secure sense of self and to make choices that serve our highest good.

Coming up later this month we’ll be hosting a free training called Flow with the Feminine which is four transformational sessions on how to experience easy, symptom-free menstruation and menopause by aligning with nature’s rhythm.
