Welcome to the Everyday Ayurveda & Yoga Freedom Series.

We are dedicating 2022 to talking about freedom in all aspects of life; in relation to ourselves, others, and to society as a whole. 

The first episode in the Freedom Series is about freedom in the mind. Myra invites us to consider that experiencing freedom, or the lack of it, comes down to how we use our minds. 

She offers insight into :

  • What freedom really means
  • Why the mind can feel like a runaway train
  • How past experiences and impressions make us feel trapped and powerless
  • The influence of the doshas on the mind
  • How the tools of Yoga can support us to train the mind and experience true freedom, moment to moment
