Everything that you think and do matters. It all has a result. It all has consequences.  So how do you change the way you think and act for the better? How do you bring about positive results in your life?  Enter the Yogic practice of ahimsa, the first of Patanjali's yamas and niyamas.  Ahimsa is commonly defined as 'non-violence', which implies cultivating the opposite virtues of kindness, consideration and respect.  In this episode, Myra discusses how practicing ahimsa changed her relationship with her body, her mind, and the outside world, and she offers practical suggestions for you to do the same.
