High school and college are times full of new experiences and discoveries and there are ways to have fun yet stay safe. In her new segment, The Big Picture, Clare explains the new bill passed in California’s legislature that gives colleges legal grounds to address and handle reports of sexual assaults through an “affirmed consent” clause. Nicole Eubanks opens our eyes in Health Beat with alternative ways to drinking, driving, drugging, and participating in other risky behavior. The take away is that it is possible to celebrate safely.
