G!RO has partnered with London based Workshop Coffee for the past 2 or so years as an exclusive coffee provider here at the cafe. We take genuine joy in being able to brew and serve the various offerings from Workshop, and we are always given warm feedback as to the taste and quality of the coffee. Workshop is a very special company, that goes far beyond just being a roaster. The lengths they go to invest in and understand the quality of the coffee, from personal visits to the farms and growers, to honing the meticulous art of roasting each variety is 2nd to none.
We wanted to take a moment to sit down with good friend Richard Frazier, who heads up all things marketing at Workshop, to delve deeper into how the business got started, the various strings to the company, and the efforts and passion behind their pursuit of exceptional coffee.
