For a #nutritious and easy to make treat during this extreme summer, try this fun and healthy Popsicle recipe!
Fresh Fruit Popsicles:
1. Choose your child's fruit(s) of choice.
2. Blend fruit using a Nutribullet or blender of any sort until in juice form.
3. Fish out any seeds with a spoon (Do NOT strain. Straining will remove the fiber in the juice).
4. Add 1-2 tbsp of a natural sweetener to the juice (for those who prefer a sweeter taste).
5. Pour fresh juice into Popsicle molds.
6. and Freeze!
Tip: Add some mint for extra flavor for adults.
