051: The Sex Episode - a podcast by Ali and Lynn

Sexual energy is creative life force energy – we may know by now it is centered around our sacral chakra, but it exists in all other chakras as well, because it is prana, or the energy that creates life. We see it in nature, and without it, life would not exist. 

Sexual energy is so powerful, it is the most visualized of all visualizations. It opens our hearts to love, hurt, and allows us to experiment, play, learn, and heal. When we’re intimate with someone, we’re in this super vulnerable state and it really does bring all of our insecurities to light that surround intimacy.

When we open ourselves fully to another person like this, we allow this creative energy to merge with our spirit. This is why it’s so important to be mindful of who you’re sharing your energy with – because when we’re in vulnerable states, energy is easily transferred. It’s this way for a reason, because we can share the good energy, just as easily as the lesser energies. Bringing us back to that harsh but amazing quote: “only have sex with people you wouldn’t mind being”.

And if you are drinking, this naturally lowers your vibration which lowers your natural protection field, making you more vulnerable to receiving energies from the other person that we may not prefer.
