Welcome to Fall and Season 4 Lady! As we embark on the last quarter of the year one thing that comes to mind is the approaching holiday season.

For many of us, that means work parties, family gatherings, charity events and all of the things that involve interacting with a crowd. If you are in school that means the end of the semester presentations and group projects.

Did you hold your breath or feel your pulse quicken or maybe even a tightening in your stomach at the thought of any of those activities? Do you dread doing any of those activities for fear of judgment or ridicule? Then you may have social anxiety. Tune in to this week’s episode to learn how to differentiate between being shy, introverted, having a common response to a social situation, and social anxiety disorder. Terri and Dom share some of their personal experiences and provide some tips for how to face your social anxiety.
