And we're back! After a long hiatus, our beloved yoga podcasts are back. My apologies for the delay. I was trying to improve my process, and in doing so, forgot to actually record. But no longer - I'll be uploading yoga sequences more regularly in the future. 






Today's yoga sequence is a favorite and a companion to our lesson on Enjoying The Process. It's an intermediate level class that has good side bends, twists, and hip work. I know you'll love it.
