In this episode, I'll be sharing with you HOW you can start your meditation practice in a short and sweet way. With all the craziness that is going on around the world with country's going into full lockdown and being banned from seeing loved ones and friends, it is SO important for us to keep our mental health in check. Meditation is something that CAN and WILL help you if you commit to it. This practice I'm sharing with you is simple and easy so even if you are a newbie, you can ace it! We are all in this together and we need to make sure we do what we can to keep one another healthy and SANE, be sure to reach out to one another via phone or messenger and let those you care about KNOW you are here for them and while you're at it encourage them to try meditation as well.
