Tanja Bogataj is an experienced international coach and consultant in the field of empowerment, impact and leadership (www.tanjabogataj.com), she's a Founder and practitioner of #bepowerfulandfree approach, and a Host of #bepowerfulandfree Platform for sharing power and leaders stories to inspire and empower. She's a passionate thinker, learner, teacher, connector, improver and achiever.

Tanja has developed herself in the fields of law, political sciences, management, leadership, and coaching. She possesses more than 20 years’ worth of experience working with top leaders and managers in the public and private sector. She works with individuals, professionals, leaders and teams from different walks of life in the private and public sector. Her specialty is helping people to tap into their endless potential to learn, create and thrive.

She's been in coaching since 2011, but became a professional coach 3 years ago, when she completed her 18years long successful career as being professional official in the Government of Republic of Slovenia.

Beside leadership and transformational coaching and consultancy experiences in last 3 years with leaders and teams from all walks of life, she has more than 15 years of experiences in public policy sector, more than 10 years of working in top-level leadership positions in public administration (Director general for Urban development, State secretary for Environment, Green economy, and Public administration), and more than 10 years of using coaching in leadership. She initiated a Framework program of Slovenia towards Green and Circular economy and led Green partnership when she was State secretary, responsible for the Environment and Green economy.

In her coaching and consultancy practice she uses holistic and authorised #bepowerfulandfree approach and method.
