We start my defining some commonly used words:

Then we dig a little deeper into transformation of the heart. The truth is people are so busy trying not to feel or face their feelings, they run from their humanity. The moment you allow yourself to lower the “deflector shield” it brings you closer to people.

Creating psychological safety is easier than we all think. Surprisingly we land with Love is the Answer. Courageous leadership is simply “Recognizing when you get it wrong and see yourself, admitting it as a leader and then pause to connect on a human level.” Tune in for that golden nugget and so much more!

Through continual exploration to transform people's lives for the better, Mira and Peter went on a journey of curiosity to explore the mind and what it means to be ok, from a psychological perspective.

With both of them having Leadership roles in the past, they understood what it takes to show up creatively and be an authentic leader in today's challenging and often confusing landscape. Their experience uncovered a systemic lack of humanity in the workplace, high levels of stress and pressure, plus a lack of clarity of how to find a way forward.

Having discovered what it means to lead, be of service and impact the people around them, they decided to guide others, and offer coaching and mentorship to those bold enough to make lasting changes in their lives and regenerate, rather than sustain the world around them.

We freed ourselves from tools, modalities and steps. By letting go of trying to control our thoughts and feelings. We are co-writing a book about authentic leadership. The made up self and ego of having to be one way or another.
