Loving: Healing in Black and White!

Eric and I are leaders in the Being movement. Recently we have had missteps in our communication with people in our community. Those people in his interactions have been Black. Those people in my interactions have been white. When we debriefed our respective situations, we thought, " What a great way to demonstrate ways of BEing around race!”

We had such a genuine conversation and discussion with those who were present during our live discussion. Listening is so key to create relationships and let others know that you value them. And there is a distinction with listening that we discuss here.

Listen for your own awareness and to create healing in your relationships with Blacks and Whites.
