We bring in current events and societal views of a woman's place. I began with this poem below:

Detox your mind!

It’s not normal to demean a woman,

What happened to being kind?

It’s no wonder that her knight in shining armor beat his behind

A woman’s crown 👑 is her highest expression

There’s no reason for it to be a source of aggression

Especially when her crown has been taken away by years of oppression

Let’s normalize building trust, compassion and peace

Until then reflect on why you are being a piece of the traumazting puzzle

You are just another spout of poison needing a muzzle

Don’t let the pomp and posturing confuse you

That’s how they continue to use you while they bemuse you with the duzzle

Shift into your higher self

Connect the dots and see the big picture

They can only trip you if you allow them to rewrite the scriptures

The scriptures of the soul know better

It knows to love and let her
