There are 3 different  distance races , including the Sprint , Challenge, and Golden Trident-these distances all have Elite and Open wave formats. They also offer a 6 mile trail race. Bonefrog is the only Obstacle Course Race that was created by Navy Seals. Brian tells us about some new  changes for the 2022 race season as well!
