Bio:

Stacey Lee Turner has been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years. Stacey teaches yoga, meditation and mindfulness techniques, facilitates women’s circles, as well as being a qualified Dietitian, personal trainer and former Level 3 CrossFit Trainer. She is also a Reiki Master Trainer, practicing reiki energy healing on others and hosting Reiki courses to initiate others into using Reiki on themselves and others. 

She is CEO and cofounder of The Chief Life (an online Health Consultancy Company), author of the “Living The Chief Life” book and former co-host on The Chief Life podcast with her husband Matty. For over five years now, Matty and Stacey have been passionately running their online health consultancy company, serving corporate organisations, gyms and health studios as well as every day people on their health and wellness journeys. 

When she was little, she wanted to be a chef. She loves cooking and also loves how food can be medicine, fuel AND delicious, helping us heal and thrive, giving us energy and allowing us to live more fulfilling, healthful and happy lives!

Over the years she’s worked with all kinds of wonderful people empowering them to eat and move in ways that allow them to be the best version of themselves they can be - physically, mentally and emotionally.

Her favourite hobbies include surfing, snowboarding, walking her dog with her family along the waterfront, being in nature somewhere and going out for brunch.

She loves all things fertility and pregnancy related, and has a one and a half year old baby girl called Madelin. She loves to support couples on their fertility journeys and help them meet their babies too!
