017: Finding Your Creative Sweet Spot: How to Make an Idea More Appealing - a podcast by Drew Boyd
from 2020-11-16T09:00
Not all ideas are equal. Ideas get resisted sometimes because either they're too complex – or they’re just plain boring they don’t make it to the center stage. Then there’s this thing called the sweet spot idea which is the most valuable of all ideas.
But what can you do with those non- sweet spot ideas? Well, they are still ideas and they still have value. So don't just throw them in the drawer. Don't ignore them. There are actually ways to recover those and pull them into that sweet spot. And that’s what I’m going to talk about today.
In this episode you’ll hear:
- Definition of "Sweet Spot" in creativity
- The 3 kinds of ideas
- What to do with non-sweet spot ideas
- Applying techniques to the idea
