He's finished in the top seven at the Ironman World championships in Kona twice and was 3rd at the 2021 Ironman World Championships in St George in 2022.
You'll hear:06:00 Braden talks about family life and juggling training with being a Dad to a 14 year old son and a 9 year old daughter. We touch on how the outdoors saved Braden as a teenager after struggling at school and how he has passed that love on to his son.
