Janey interviews clinical hypnotherapist and author of Drink Less in 7 days Georgia Foster on the power of the subconscious mind in changing behaviors.  A must for you if you want to reduce your drinking or practice mindful drinking.  Janey underlines the fact that she personally doesn't have an 'off switch' so can't moderate but is aware that some people can, or at least initially may want to cut down gradually first. - advisable if you are drinking a lot.  This interview is of benefit to you even if you are sober as Georgia has some great tips and info about our subconscious mind and how we can feel 'safe' not drinking
