Times have changed, and the traditional method of walking by a store to see what they have is becoming obsolete.

 

Instead, potential buyers are educating themselves on what your company has to offer before they ever pick up a phone, send a contact form, or click a button. As a result, you must offer as much information as possible on your website so that there is no confusion about whether your products or services are right for your audience.

 

If a prospect has to pick up the phone to find out the answer to a question about their product, you're doing it wrong.
