This may be a repeat for those of you who know all about gluten. However, if you have not done a lot of research about gluten and going gluten free, then this will be the podcast episode for you!

 

As you will hear when you listen, gluten is a group of proteins in certain grains. It is also the cause of many, many reactions, including come autoimmune diseases, decreased brain functions, and also skin problems.
