In this week’s podcast we talk about putting the pieces of the puzzle together and how that relates to your health. Celebrate Meredith an amazing mother, wife and inspiration.
So how do we begin?
1. We pick the vision of the puzzle that we want to build
2. As when I purchased the accessories (You surround ourselves with the things that will make us succeed) Easier as it were like with with compartments to keep the pieces separated.
3. Have your plan in place (Like building the framework) Lay out your strategy
4. Separating the pieces by color (This could be your diet being one color, Intermittent fasting being another color, your workout routine, your spiritual routine, your family routine, your personal time routine) Speaking of Spiritual routine….. as a father I helped our son put the puzzle together. God is our father that will help us make sense of these pieces and will really help you put it all together.
5. Finding the pieces that fit (you may have tried something in the past to lose weight and it didn't work (That was the wrong piece) but maybe you tried eating salads with grilled chicken and no dressing and that didnt work at that time. But that was the right piece but back then you didn’t have the other pieces around you to see that was the right piece all along.
6. How will you feel as you are becoming the healthier version of yourself? (You are not yet 50lbs down which was your goal, But you lost your 1st 15lbs (That will feel good pushing you to keep going right? (Hey my son was adamant about no one touching that puzzle while he was gone. He didn't want anyone sabotaging his work! So sabotage your own works by FEELING like you lost 15lbs I can eat whatever now “I’m good” no that’s like you undoing your own puzzle …….. Instead stay focused. 7. Now you’ve reached your goal!!! 50lbs Accomplished beautiful piece of work, Now do we crinkle it up ……. NO (WE USE THE GLUE TO KEEP IT ALL TOGETHER TO BE HUNG) That glue is like God helping you keep it all together ! And every time someone sees your puzzle, that piece of art, you as a person they will respond (OH HOW BEAUTIFUL)
