In this week's show: We will discuss the Now, appreciate where you are in life right now.
Show Notes: We talked about my beginning story in episode 1.
(Every story has a beginning, what’s yours)

In Episode 2 we discussed the Midway (Where you are now, may be just the midway point of your story, even though you may have thought you have made it.

So the Now, I will talk about where I am as a Coach and where I am with my personal goals.

In this week’s podcast we will answer some questions like:
*If you run a 10:30 mile what would be your run/walk/run ratio
*Cream does it break your fast? I heard only carbs break your fast
*What to do about Heel Pain

But first let’s go into the week that was. How was your week? What was some things that went well for you last week? What happened that you were grateful for? Always good to find things that cause us happiness and be grateful for.

With us….. Half Marathon training began and
Tuesday was speed work. I was proud to see the runners do their thing. It was hot out too so we did it with pace and in the shade.
Tuesday also was the end of one our 7 Day Health Challenges
9 participants lost 23lbs between them for an average of 2.5lbs apiece
Highlight of the week was Ed losing 11lbs
Chris lost another 2lbs placing her at a 27lbs loss since February
Friday I did a live on FB to announce winner of challenge and I touched on why it’s important to eat real foods and not fall prey to family pressures.

I’m glad I did that because one of our members on Saturday posted in our Accountability Group a picture of her healthy vegetables.

A discussion in my home last night...

Bob: what do you want to do for dinner...how about pizza?

Me: No, not pizza.

Bob: Ooooh, Chick-Fil-A?

Me: ? WHY are you trying to sabotage me?

I’m SO glad I caught coach Tadris Parker’s live video yesterday discussing how some family members tempt us with food and how it can impact us...but that it doesn’t have to! Such a timely message! SO...Instead of me falling for it as per usual, we grilled organic chicken sausages and vegetables for dinner! #win #justsayno



Lisa: During my Mile Test I did a 10:30 mile what should my run/walk/run ratio be?

Tina: This morning there was a guy on the news talking about IF and Keto. And he said that heavy cream in your coffee won’t break your fast...that only protein and carbs will break your fast...is that true? I think he was the author of the book “cruise control diet” or something

Ed: Hey coach, wanted to ask you. I’m having some pain on the bottom of my left foot. It’s strictly isolated to the heel but on the bottom of my foot. Any ideas to help it out?
