The Breath is a sleep meditation for kids (great for adults too). Its aim is to promote sleep. It encourages children to notice their breath and how our body changes when we focus on our breath mindfully.  
Written and spoken by Maryanne Eve. Background music by Composer Lucy Vincent. 
This meditation is intended to promote sleep. Avoid listening whilst driving or operating machinery.
