Train Your Anger Dragon is a relaxation story meditation for kids (great for adults too). This meditation encourages children to view their anger as a dragon, a dragon that they can tame and help calm and have control over.  Its purpose is stress reduction and relaxation,  it concludes with an awakener. It may still be used at bedtime.
