On this episode of Le Run Down I had a smooth chat with distance runner and elite marathoner, Dakotah Lindwurm.

She actually didn't start out as a runner but had dreams of making it big as an ice hockey goaltender. The running started as a way to have a more balanced approach to sport.

Dakotah's love for running was a gradual progression, sticking with it, making improvement's year after year but most of all, having fun. Whether it's a world major or Olympic qualifier, she can always be seen with a smile across her face.
