On this episode of Le Run Down I caught up with two time Olympian and middle distance Elite runner, Luc Bruchet.

Growing up Luc was competitive and into all sports but really excelled in cross country running.

He's enjoyed a lot of success in the sport and earned his spot on two Olympic teams but his mindset over the years has changed. Now more than even he understands the importance of a balanced life and the positive impact that has on performance, even at the highest level.
