On this episode of Le Down I spoke with Elite Runner and Marathoner, Elissa Legault.
She's always loved running and even dabbled in triathlon at a very young age, and returning to the sport reunited her with her childhood coach to pursue the marathon.
Despite the pandemic Elissa managed a half marathon and marathon personal best. If she keeps it up, an Olympic qualifier could be within her reach one day.
