I had the pleasure of meeting Alex just after the California International Marathon last year and knew then he'd be a great guest on the show.

He's a very interesting guy who has found synergy between his two passions, yoga and running. He's also well travelled and isn't scared to switch up his living situation from time to time, even if that means living in a van for a while.
