In this episode of the Lit to Lift Podcast, Matty sits down with Jacob to discuss the wide variety of things to consider when constructing your own endurance program, such as volume, intensity, frequency, style of training and so on (whether it be for a team or individual sport). Future episodes will cover these details more specifically, but we wanted to lay down a general framework first to give y'all a sense of what you're working with. Then, we segway into a conversation surrounding technical and tactical development in youth soccer.

Apologies for the audio in this episode. There are birds chirping in the background (some people might like that though lol) and my computer overheated in the last few minutes of the podcast. Audio will be better next time, cause we won't record outside.
