Do you struggle with anger? I know I do and Buddhist teachings and meditation really helped beat my anger, depression and anxiety as I was dealing with a very difficult challenge in my life.

I'm not proud that I had so much anger, but it was telling me something about myself.

As I approached it with kindness, it started to shift from anger to sadness and then it stopped showing up as freqently.

The key is to invite it to your meditation and have a chat! Simple, right?
