Brittney Kane founder of Foreverland Farm, an animal sanctuary in Ohio, and I bonded over our 30 something, childless role in society. A society where women, even in 2019, are valued for their reproductive role over everything else. In today's Mother's Day Special we're discussing the female animal body, it's valuable role in animal agriculture and how a seemingly infertile sheep got Foreverland Farm going. Plus, a sanctuary's role in helping us learn that animals are 'here with us, not for us', as Brittney puts it.
