This is a healthy delusion. Without it an individual has no hope or internal drive. But we need to be realistic about "how great it will be when."so we are not let down and thus disenchanted with other people, organizations and our own personal accomplishments. It's an old saying (and it's been said many different ways), but there is much truth to it: "The journey is often better than the destination." Enjoy the journey and the destination will be the reward. In this podcast I ask you to reflect on your own experiences. Which was better, the journey or the destination? Savor the accomplishments and do your best to enjoy the journey.
