This is our Mothers Day special and we've decided to dedicate today's show to mothers everywhere.  We know there are a lot of mothers that listen to the show and we want to take an episode to honor you for all that you juggle and sacrifice.  If you are not a mother, we know you have one.  In honor of Mothers Day we've decided to share a relatively recent interview we did with one of our favorite mom pro triathletes, Meredith Kessler.
