Burnt-out (adj): Very tired and having no energy. // "I felt so burnt-out after 8 years of being a solo startup founder."

Vulnerable (adj): More or most likely to be exposed to the chance of being attacked or harmed, either physically or emotionally. // "Everything about entrepreneurship feels so vulnerable because I feel like every mistake I make will be exposed to the public for criticism."
