Looking after yourself within these practices is critical, and today I wanted to share my best tips on how to safely enjoy mindfulness practice, without risking your mental health.


If you follow my simple, gentle teachings, I believe you will find the right balance of challenging yourself without overstretching, and today I want to share my best tips for maintaining a strong, healthy practice. 


I will also share some of the challenges I experienced after meditation retreats. As always, I hope it's useful.
