Going Down Under! - a podcast by Alanna Kaivalya, Ph.D.

On November 20th, I'll hop a plane to fly to Sydney, Australia. I'll be there for a month, teaching and soaking up the summer warmth. While I'm gone, you faithful listeners will still be getting a new podcast every Friday. Look forward to a variety of sessions...backbends, intermediate, meditation...and a special surprise on December 2nd.

I'm really looking forward to meeting new students while I'm in Sydney. I've never been to the southern hemisphere, and can't wait to look up at the stars and stare into the depths of the milky way. It's good to look into the stars, and realize that we're a part of something so big. Let's keep making this big world smaller.

Thanks again for making the JivaJam Yoga podcasts a real success. I never thought it would grow to be this big when I first posted, way back in July!
