“Once we believe in ourselves, we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight, or any experience that reveals the human spirit” ― E.E. Cummings

In this episode, Gio and I talk about:

  • How to embrace who you really are
  • Having the courage to speak your truth
  • How perception of others isn't always reality

Gio Petrucci is the human behind GIOGRAFIK, a one-person creative operation he brought to life in 2017. Thanks to hard work, persistence and luck, his artistic career path has wound through a plethora of industries, including experiential design, fashion, fitness and politics.

Gio's work today is instantly recognizable by his empathetic approach to creativity as well as his desire to tell his clients’ stories with compelling branding and design. Over the past decade, Gio's desire to push his creativity beyond the corporate world has manifested several community-driven collaborations.

Whether it’s marketing and branding a grassroots voter-series aimed at engaging millennials, or designing a limited-edition Pride t-shirt to raise funding for affordable housing for people living with HIV/AIDS, Gio is consciously working to be part of a greater social narrative through design.
