What do you need to give yourself permission to do, be or have?
- Do you feel guilty for putting yourself first?
- Are you a people pleaser and have a hard time saying NO?
Today we are going to change that.

STEP ONE: In Control Action (should take no more than 3 minutes)
Action Step. Grant yourself permission.
On a sticky note, Write yourself a permission slip.
Feel free to write several of them and post where you see them most.
In the car
Next to your bed
Bathroom mirror
In the kitchen

STEP TWO: Share your In Control Action on social media.
