Recently I've been playing basketball again, the first sport I've ever loved playing and grew up playing since I was 8.
But unfortunately, being 29 and being 8 are two very different things as I have learnt.
I was driving to the basket and stepped on another persons foot, felt 3 pops and now it's out of action til further notice from scanning results.
This is obviously not ideal for me being 10 weeks out from my bodybuilding competition, but it's about the solutions I'm hoping to share with you and what I'll do to stay on track.
