For this episode, we’ll start to build upon the poses you have learned so far in episode 4, without forgetting the importance of alignment, breath and a focused mind. You may start to feel more challenged, or, you may feel like things are right on target. Either way, you’re on the right track. Pay special attention to how you are “talking” to yourself in your mind today. Are you being kind and compassionate? This time, for rest in savasana, instead of a guided voice meditation, you’ll just hear gentle sounds to help promote relaxation and integration of your physical practice, with your mind.
