You have to remember that it does get better whenever you are trying something new, taking a different action or choosing to make a shift in your life. This could be anything from a new job, a new product or service or marketing approach for your business, a new fitness regime or a different eating pattern.

Your mind will fight you on the change no matter how much you want it. 

You will want to quit. 

But, you just have to remember that it will get better as this becomes your new pattern.

You will eventually feel more comfortable. But that only happens if you keep on going.
