Laughter can really be the best "medicine". It lightens your energy, it shifts what you are thinking about and it changes your perspective.

It lowers the negative self talk and it can open you are to hearing your intuition more when you aren't taking things so seriously.

In this episode, I share a funny story about a trip to a drug store and things flying off the shelf at me. It could have been super embarrassing but I chose to see the humor in it instead. 

I needed that laugh and break from some of the more difficult parts of my life right now. I laughed hard all the way home and still giggle when I think about it.
