We set out to create a podcast that Customer Success professionals would love, and we know that what Customer Success people really love… is people. What makes them tick? How can you understand and predict their behaviour? How can you build stronger long-lasting relationships?

I’m Ben Winn, and I’ve spent years studying these kinds of topics. First as a Customer Success professional, now building community at Catalyst, the fastest-growing Customer Success platform on the market - I live at the intersection of people and business, and that’s why I’m so incredibly excited to be hosting NPS I Love You: a weekly podcast all about awesome people, ideas, and stories, all with a Customer Success twist. On NPS I Love You, I talk to everyone from artists to scientists, CEOs to CSMs and everyone in between to give you powerful insights that will help you in your career and in life.

Episodes are less than 30 minutes long, so you can listen on your way to work, at the gym, during lunch, or if you’re working from home, you can mute that Zoom call that should have been an email anyway, and listen then!
