Daina Trout is the co-founder of one of Ella's all-time favorite brands, Health-Ade Kombucha. 10 years ago, Daina, her husband Justin, and her best friend tried to launch a natural hair loss prevention product when they landed on something completely different: a brand of homemade kombucha they called Health-Ade.
After months of selling it at a local farmer's market, the three co-founders quit their jobs to pursue Health-Ade full time. Today, Health-Ade brews more than 120,000 bottles of Kombucha every day, and does close to $200 million in retail sales.
