Multiple record holder Elizabeth Wicks is a long time client of cycling coach John Hughes. Wicks is, well, resembles fine wine as she continues to improve with age. For example, Elizabeth recently surpassed the 60+ age group record she set during last year's Calvin's Challenge. However, that record remains in the books as Wicks is now age 70! Elizabeth joins us today for a discussion about her training, racing and off season work.
