Stage 16 featured the 4th mountaintop finish in a row for the racers and Ian had to dig deep on the final climb for team GC points. We discuss what it's like to be feeling like you're at your limit only to have your director radio and say you need to go harder. Ian is finding this rest day more relaxing than the first. The end is in sight but there are still some tough days of racing ahead.
