In this episode I talk to Kristena and Ali about their experience at the Agoge 002. Kristena was able to complete the full Agoge and has a ton of great anecdotes, and Ali unfortunately DNF as a result of an injury. This is a follow up episode to Episodes 4 and 6 where I talked to Ali and Kristena about their plans to complete the Spartan Delta in 2016.
