It seems the busy energy of the season has begun and we are feeling a sense of being ungrounded or letting stress take hold. Use this super-quick guided meditation (only 3 mins!) to help you check in with your energy and reset.

Busy minds don't tend to 'like' meditation because they don't stop, so give yourself permission to let that story go now!

This is a mantra meditation and so you will have a single-pointed focus ( a word) which will keep your busy mind very occupied. The result? A few moments OUT of your head and INTO your heart.
